One Example
Our customer runs legacy software BPCS on AS400 (green screens), orders are now received in CatBase Shopping Cart format and Novalog developed an interface which runs a complex pricing and costing algorithm, based on customer number, currency, special agreements, monthly specials, and determine total selling price and cost. Approvals are secured and a separate interface sends the ordering information directly an to AS400 order entry screen, saving expensive keying time and avoiding potential errors.
Another One
In Finland, a customer was using Interleaf to produce spare parts manuals. He had thousands of reusable pages.
We developed a conversion that read the Interleaf file based on customer file structure and sends all data to CatBase database.
